Strip RevPAR had its lowest June since 2021 · June 2026

Las Vegas Strip RevPAR had its lowest June since 2021 at $136.00, 17.6% below June 2024, the highest June from 2019 on. The average daily room rate, $165.45, was also its lowest June since 2021. RevPAR is revenue per available room; dollars are not adjusted for inflation.

Since posted (Oct 23, 2026): The LVCVA has since revised June 2026 Strip RevPAR to $136.02 and ADR to $165.48; the comparisons above still hold.
