This page summarizes disclosures that apply to everything displayed in the GGR Data terminal. It supplements, and is governed by, the GGR Data Terms of Service, which control in the event of any conflict.
Informational purposes only; not for trading. GGR Data is a statistical data publication. All data, charts, calculations, and other content ("Content") are provided for general informational purposes only and are not intended for trading purposes.
Not investment advice. Nothing in the Content is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice; a recommendation or research report; or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. GGR Data is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by use of the Service. The Content is impersonal and standardized: every subscriber sees the same data and the same tools, and nothing is tailored to any subscriber's situation.
Primary sources; no independent verification; derived figures. The Content is compiled from publicly available primary sources — state gaming-regulator publications and SEC filings — identified by source attribution in the terminal where practicable. GGR Data does not audit or independently verify those sources. Regulators revise and restate their figures; the Content reflects sources as ingested and may not reflect later revisions. Where a jurisdiction publishes no figure, GGR Data leaves the cell blank. Where a jurisdiction publishes only coarser-period figures (for example, quarterly), the terminal may display derived values computed from the published figures (for example, even monthly allocations), identified by derived-data indicators — derived values are estimates the source did not publish and should be checked against the source-grain publication. Coverage notes, partial-period flags, and derived-data indicators are provided as convenience indicators only.

Positions disclosure. GGR Data's principals may hold positions in securities of companies covered by the Content. GGR Data maintains policies designed to ensure that the Content is compiled by uniform, data-driven methods and is not prepared, selected, or timed to benefit any such position.
Use restrictions. Content is licensed to named users for internal business and research use. Redistribution, scraping, bulk export, and use in AI/model training are prohibited. Brief excerpts may be quoted in subscriber work product with the attribution "Source: GGR Data (ggrdata.com)" as permitted by the Terms of Service.
Not a gambling service. GGR Data reports industry statistics and does not offer or promote wagering.

Files exported from the terminal, and subscriber work product quoting Content that is distributed outside the subscriber's organization, must retain the following legend:
