Downtown Las Vegas hotel occupancy was 55.8% in June 2026, its lowest since January 2022.

Downtown Las Vegas hotel occupancy was 55.8% in June 2026, its lowest since January 2022. That was 6.7 pts below June 2025, and Downtown has trailed the year before in 14 of the 15 months to June. Strip occupancy beat the year before in four of 2026's first six months.
