Online sports betting revenue grew faster than handle from 2022 to 2025 in each of 11 states with online sports betting for all of 2022 and full handle and revenue figures for both years. Michigan's handle rose 18.9% and its gross receipts 68.0%. Its hold went from 8.8% to 12.4%.
